The oven cleaning training room, facility that I am in the process of setting up is coming on well and with the ovens I have now in place I feel that we will be able to get some consistency of training. I will be able to introduce franchisees to the cookers and go through the whole oven cleaning process that we use before we go out on the road.

The photograph shows the line up on one of the walls of our training room. We have the 90cm SMEG single oven and the Pre 1974 AGA Deluxe Cooker.
