AGA Cooking Demonstration by James McIntosh - Potatoes

I have just found this video by James McIntosh which obviously was done for the Christmas run up but is really well done and worth a view at any time of year. I have been to an AGA demonstration at The AGA Shop in Bath with James as the demonstrator so know from first hand that he is the person who really knows what he is doing when it comes to cooking with the AGA.

The AGA he is using in this video seems to be cold when he puts the potatoes in, I'd never be able to be so casual with my AGA, but perhaps I am wrong and James is so experienced at AGA cooking that he can really be that casual and multi task without worrying about burning himself!
